The Laszlo N. Tauber Family Foundation founded the Moshe Hess Association as a platform for developing and implementing innovative service development programs, as follows:
A unique case-management service for people with psychiatric disabilities: this service was developed in cooperation with the Israel Ministry of Health. After the development and pilot stage, the service has been adopted by the government and is delivered nationwide.
A comprehensive early treatment program for people with first episode psychosis: the goal of the program is to help young people experiencing a first psychotic episode to return to their normal life as soon as possible by providing them with a comprehensive, personally-tailored service that aims to improve the long-term trajectory of the the illness.
